If you are honest about your situation and the repairs needed, we return the favor. If an agreement cannot be reached, there is no harm done and we will do our best to help you reach your goal. We ask for a 14 day inspection contingency on the contract, then schedule a day or two when convenient to walk our interested partner investors through the property. If we cannot find a buyer within 14 days, both parties can elect to cancel the contract or renegotiate favorably.
